Nearly all city cars around the world seem to share one common feature; motorists either love them or hate them, and there seems to be very little or no middle ground in this matter. The offering by Seat in this market sector, the used Seat Arosa, does not present much difference in this respect. Loved by some and not appreciated by others, the used Seat Arosa managed to get a considerable market share compared to its competitors from Kia, Fiat or Volkswagen. The car comes equipped with 1.4 litre and 1.7 litre V16 engines developing a horsepower of 60 to 100, and has been designed as if for hard city cruising. Therefore the used Seat Arosa appears as a good solution for those who see a lot of the so-called “punishing city driving” on a daily basis. The interior quality is quite impressive and the model comes fitted with air conditioning, a face-off stereo and high quality upholstery (all as standard). The boot space is not great, but it can accommodate several bags of a medium size. As the city is notorious for bumps and accidents, safety levels are set very high. Passenger, driver and side airbags, the ABS and strong lowered suspension all combine to protect the people on board. The road performance of the used Seat Arosa is fine, especially in and around town. The city car handles very well and is great fun to drive. The fuel economy is also reasonable as for city conditions and so overall, this SEAT car presents probably the best value in the city car sector and super mini class.
